Create a trip from the Adventures page: name it, set the dates and an optional banner.

Invite travel companions with a share link so everyone plans together in real time β€” changes sync live.

The Itinerary tab pairs a live map with a timeline of your stops. Each card shows the time, type, location, notes and linked photos.

Scrolling drives the camera: the map frames the step or πŸš— travel leg at the center of the screen, and the step's photos appear in the map corner. The πŸ”’ Follow / πŸ”“ Free button freezes or re-arms that tracking; 🌍 reframes the whole trip.

Tap a card to focus its place on the map; the distance and duration between two geolocated stops appear on the connector's πŸš— pill.

The Planning tab is a focused, list-first view of your days, grouped by date.

Use the + between cards to insert a step before, between or after existing ones. Its time is pre-filled to fit the gap β€” no round-hour guessing.

Track what the trip costs and split it with members. Set a manual budget or let it track spending automatically.

Don't need it? Turn expenses off in the trip settings and the whole feature β€” tab, budget and buttons β€” disappears for everyone.

Collect photos, notes and mementos tied to your steps.

Play a step's slideshow straight from the timeline, or browse and filter everything in the Souvenirs tab.

The Roadbook button turns the trip into a fullscreen story: day by day, photos, animated maps of each day's route and a final overview of the journey.

From the Edit button, owners and admins tune the trip: name, dates, banner, budget and currencies.

Turn on the random header to rotate the banner through the trip's own photos every 1, 5 or 10 minutes.

Share a trip with a link from the Share button. Roles control who can do what: admins manage the trip and members, members edit content, restricted links hide expenses, and guests get a read-only view.

Only owners and admins can change trip settings or manage members.

πŸ’‘ Tips & hidden gems

Handy features that are easy to miss.

Insert a step anywhere

The + between timeline cards adds a stop before, between or after β€” with a time pre-filled to fit the gap.

Disable expenses per trip

In trip settings, hide the whole expenses feature for a trip that doesn't need it.

Rotating header

Switch the banner to 'random' to cycle through the trip's photos on a timer.

Snap a photo

On mobile, use 'Take a photo' to capture straight from the camera when adding an image.

Restricted & guest links

Share different links: full member access, expense-free, or read-only guest view.

Quick add on a step

The πŸ“Έ+ and πŸ’°+ buttons on a step card attach a souvenir or an expense in one tap.

Fullscreen map

Expand the itinerary map to fullscreen to explore your route.

Contextual help

The ? on a trip jumps straight to the help topic for the tab you're on.

Follow or free map

The πŸ”’ Follow / πŸ”“ Free button above the map: in Free, the camera stays put but the step's photos keep showing up as you scroll.

Solo a map layer

Click a legend item (steps, souvenirs, expenses, route) to show only that layer; click it again to bring everything back.

Roadbook: the trip as a story

From a trip's tab bar, open the Roadbook: a fullscreen story with your photos, animated maps of each day's route and the full journey overview.

Reframe a roadbook photo

Owners and admins can adjust a photo's framing in the roadbook (βœ‚οΈ button): drag the focal point, without touching the original image.
